Returns & Exchanges

At cabi, we want you to love your new wardrobe; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your cabi account or contact your Stylist to access your order history and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Shipping Label

  Generate and print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our online portal to ensure your package is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, including the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your receipt; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
